Thankfully the weather did not prevent a return to the pitch for all of our teams this weekend. OK, it is only 8th January and we have yet to have the first full weekend of senior fixtures, but the New year has got off to a flying start with the boys under 12s A and B teams both topping their respective divisions in the Yorkshire Youth League and the Mens 1s winning a friendly v York last night in a warm up for their first league game tomorrow away at Sheffield Hallam.
