A Winning morning….

Congratulations to new skipper Dave for his maiden league win as the 4s beat local rivals Ben Rhydding 4-1. Great to see some new faces as well as some old friends and some impressive debuts today. Not to be out done the ladies 3s demolished Shefffield 11-0 with Jen scoring 3 in the first ten minutes or so and some great play from the youngsters in the team.

Ladies 4s- new season, new players and a new league!

Ladies 4s had a promising yet interesting start to their new season in a new league with a 3-2 win over Huddersfield Dragons 3s. With no goal keeper and no subs, a smart decision was made to play 15 minute quarters in a 7-a-side match. This allowed us to catch our breaths more often than not.
