This weekend should have seen the mid-point of the season with all teams having played each of their opponents once and league tables starting to take shape. With it snowing and the forecast due to drop we’ve called training off for tonight Friday 24th November.
We won. By quite a bit. Beale did us the favour of not turning up letting us score 7 goals however without his presence we were under the less than competent captaincy of Sam Jackson. Last weekend saw the top of the table clash in Div 2 between Adel Mens 2s and Harrogate 3s (who had a 100% record going in to the game) but a strong and determined Adel side came out on top with a 5-3 victory.
