Its not often one of your sides wins their league with 6 games to go (and before the end of February) but the Ladies 1s this season have not been any normal side. The journey to Saturday had been a long one for the ladies’ 1st XI. Following two successive years of finishing 2nd in North Div 2, last year’s finish particular painful after running Ben Rhydding so close, the team finally had the chance to secure the championship and route to playoffs 2016.
