Adel Ladies Welcome New Arrival With Victory

It is not surprising that a full squad of 15 were available for the last home league game of the season. Not only did the team learn their fate of league champions after last week’s game, there was the added promise of babies, so unsurprisingly there was a fair crowd too at Church Lane. The mens 1s kept their promotion hopes alive with an emphatic 9-2 win over Airedale on Sunday.   After a tight first half, which ended 2-1, Adel dominated in the second and made the pressure count with a series of well worked team goals.
