We have three umpire developers in the club, Mark Powley, Richard Poll & Bridget Petty. There are a number of people who have completed their Level 1 (unassessed) qualification and others planning to take this. For all those, we would be happy to offer feedback and coaching to help you develop into a Level 1 Assessed umpire. For any qualified umpires who wish to improve their game, engaging in dialogue together with being watched and receiving feedback is key to progress. Recognising where enhancements can be made and taking on board constructive criticism is vital to improvement which we all need and can benefit from.
