Leeds Adel Hockey Club recognises that players who miss large portions of the winter season due to illness, injury or pregnancy/ post-natal period may not receive the same potential value for membership. Therefore, the following policy will outline the reimbursement policy for members who miss a considerable number of league games during the winter (Sept-Apr) season due to illness, injury or pregnancy/ post-natal period only.
Games missed by individuals in this period due to holiday’s, job/ family commitments, or fixtures removed by the league due to other teams dropping out of the league are excluded from being counted towards any reimbursement.

To be eligible for any reimbursement you must be a fully paid-up member of Leeds Adel Hockey Club, and have made all membership payments across the year.
If at the end of the winter season (April 2019) you believe you fall into one of these categories you must email the membership secretary ([email protected]) outlining your case. Unfortunately, due to a large number of members and teams, it is impossible to achieve this automatically. This will then be checked against captains’ records and any reimbursement will be calculated and refunded.
