Ladies 3s are a new squad with people moving from all 4 of the other ladies teams, several fabulous new players to Adel as well as a few familiar faces. The league restructure sees them playing in Yorkshire Division 3 with a fair amount of distance to away games but high spirits and cheesy car tunes to get them there. New captain MJ is hoping for a fun season whilst stablising the new team and under the expert coaching from Roger is confident the points will soon be rolling in.
