First off here is an updated timetable of events;

10:00 – 10:45 Breakfast
11:00 – 12:20 Mixed tournament finals
12:30 – 13:15 Walking hockey
13:30 – Tournament awards and home

Hockey tournament – we are playing a round robin tournament with 6 7-aside teams, everyone involved in this will need to bring with them an orange, black and white shirt

Evening do – If anyone would like to stay a little longer after the hockey tournament has finished in the afternoon to help set up the hall with me and Tim that would be much appreciated, although I understand that you may want to go home and shower! With this in mind the dress code for the evening is semi-formal, I was thinking suits with ties optional and cocktail dresses

Sunday – We are going to kick off the morning with breakfast being served out the kitchen in the clubhouse. I know Anne Powley has offered her services but other people to help would also be great. Then there will be the play off matches for the mixed tournament, walking hockey and then presentation of awards for the hockey challenges and tournament.
